Health Coaching and Yoga Classes in Western NY.
We teach our regular yoga classes at the School House Wellness Center & Lockport Family YMCA. We hold special classes & workshops at various locations around Western New York.

“I wanted to begin a regular exercise regimen when my mother was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. While looking for a local yoga class, I found the Igoe 2 Yoga Medina studio. The classes were fun and challenging. It took some time, but I began to learn the sequence of poses and the shape of my body gradually began to change as I grew stronger. I attended Jon’s class regularly. What I appreciated most was his humble, laid back approach to exercise and his sense of humor. Through the addition of personal health coaching sessions, my mindset evolved as I learned about clean eating, Ayurveda, Reiki, meal prep, the importance of hydration and a balanced life. When Covid-19 forced the studio to temporarily close, Jon & Alena continued to provide their services online, including months of yoga classes at no cost. The Living Wellness and Yoga membership, virtual wellness sessions and workshops motivate and keep me engaged while at home.

Jon & Alena have a sincere passion for helping others. Not only have they changed my life, but my healthier habits have impacted my family as well. Before health coaching, my diet consisted of mostly frozen, processed foods with few fruits or vegetables. I knew how to cook, but didn’t enjoy it and grocery shopping was stressful. Now I cook and eat fresh food. I look forward to trying new recipes and especially enjoy foods grown in my own garden.

There are only a few times in life when you can define a pivotal moment. Meeting Jon & Alena was that moment for me. Practicing yoga consistently has vastly improved my overall fitness level. I have balance, flexibility and core strength. Health coaching sessions hold me accountable. I remember to drink my water, be present and mindful, and spend time important for me in nature. I feel younger, beautiful and healthy. Together with Jon & Alena’s guidance, I learned to live well”.
