As Integrative Nutrition Holistic Health Coaches, we will be your guide and mentor that empowers you and provides ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. We create a supportive environment that enables you to express and achieve your goals. Our primary goal is to help you find balance in your life, becoming your happiest and healthiest self. We believe in the healing power of the mind, body, breath, water, whole foods, movement, gratitude, and self compassion. 

 

Our Training

Our education has equipped us with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. We work with our clients to help make lifestyle changes and choose health promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of yourself through food and lifestyle choices, improving your energy, balance, health and happiness.

Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life, such as love, relationships, career and money.

We will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.

 


Most approaches to healthy eating focus on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, we coach our clients to explore basic improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, our clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation. Our clients find that small daily changes repeated over time transform into healthy lifestyle habits.

Our Approach

We practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that we look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does your never-ending “to do list” cause you stress or anxiety? Does stress at your job or in your relationship(s) cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

We work with our clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because we understand that life happens and your needs will change. We want to equip you with self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstances. We believe every person is unique, therefore their program must be unique and specific to their goals and intentions, not the latest fad diet.

We listen to what you want and need to become the happiest and healthiest version of yourself. We’ll use these visions to motivate specific goals that bring you closer to where you want to be. As your coach, we will not dictate a diet for you, but together we’ll co-create your health and wellness goals within reasonable time frames and actionable objectives so you know exactly what you’re working towards.
